Top 5 Cryptocurrency Apps Performance in Lebanon Q4 2022

During the fourth quarter of 2022, the top 5 cryptocurrency apps in Lebanon showed varied performance trends in terms of weekly downloads and active users, according to data from Sensor Tower.

Sweat Wallet experienced a significant decline in weekly downloads, starting from approximately 20.4K at the end of September and dropping to around 2.2K by the end of December. However, its weekly active users remained relatively stable, fluctuating around 113K to 129K throughout the quarter.

Binance: Buy Bitcoin & Crypto saw a gradual decrease in weekly downloads, moving from 3.2K in late September to 1.7K by the end of December. The app's weekly active users also declined, starting at 16K and ending the quarter at approximately 11.6K.

KuCoin- Buy Bitcoin & Crypto showed a sharp drop in weekly downloads, from around 4.8K in late September to just over 200 by the end of December. Similarly, weekly active users decreased from 4.3K to about 3.3K during the same period.

Hippo: Crypto & Bitcoin Wallet had a significant decline in weekly downloads, starting with 1.8K in late September and almost reaching zero by December. There was no active user data available for this app.

MetaMask - Blockchain Wallet maintained a relatively low but stable download rate, with weekly downloads hovering around 100 to 150 throughout the quarter. The app's weekly active users remained consistent, ranging from 3.3K to 4.3K.
